Забалансовое финансирование
Финансирование аренды (лизинга), а не покупки актива. Вместо того чтобы тратить средства на покупку, например, копировальной машины стоимостью Ј50 тыс., компания может заключить договор об аренде машины на пять лет, выплачивая за нее ежегодно Ј12 тыс. Эта сумма списывается за счет прибыли компании (со счета прибылей и убытков). Копировальная машина не значится на балансе как основной капитал, а учитывается в качестве ежегодных операционных расходов, которые можно возместить за счет прибыли, что важно для налогообложения.
